Terroir & Production

Nestled in northern Taiwan between 800 and 1,200 metres, Sanxia’s highland gardens are shaded by cloud and nourished by volcanic soil. Morning mists cool the tender shoots, slowing their growth and deepening sweetness. Harvested at the season’s first flush and pan-fired in small woks, the leaves retain their soft floral aroma.
